You’re A Star 2004
You're A Star 2004 launched in a very similar format to 2003 with a series of regional heats with contestants being auditioned along the lines of Pop Idol and OT. The 'talented' few made it to the televised final where facing public and the critical comments of Euro-gurus Phil Coulter, Linda Martian and Louis Walsh, the top 2 from each heat made it to the final. After the Dublin heat the judges each picked a Wild Card entry. The final 13 would then go on to elimination rounds starting in January.
